I offer an initial fee-free 30-minute consultation to discuss your current concerns and help you decide whether I am the therapist to support you on your therapeutic journey.
Choosing a skilled and empathetic therapist is crucial for a lasting and sustainable connection. My advanced training and experience empower me to guide you through your personal journey. We will create a safe space where you can openly explore deeply intimate experiences and traumatic events. I aim to foster an atmosphere of compassion and understanding, free from judgment.
Please ask any detailed questions you may have about potential therapists. It's essential to find someone who truly understands and resonates with your unique needs.
A gentle reminder: while weekend modules can be quite enriching for many therapists, they often lack the extensive training necessary to effectively address trauma, abuse, or deeply entrenched psychosexual issues. Do your own research.
After a consultation, I encourage prospective clients to take 24 to 48 hours to reflect on their thoughts and feelings. This time is invaluable for helping you determine if I'm the right fit for your therapeutic journey, and we can then schedule our sessions together! I typically recommend weekly sessions, as they tend to foster a deeper sense of continuity and healing. Longer gaps, such as those caused by holidays or illness, can sometimes complicate progress. That said, I understand entirely that financial considerations are important, and I'm more than willing to collaborate with you to find a solution that fits your situation.
There is a rolling 6-session review to take stock of developments and any shifting goals, and to re-focus if required.

Fees:
Solo clients £90 - 50 mins session
Couples £115 - 60 mins session
I offer a discount to NHS staff, Students, and Low earners who can attend sessions between 10 AM and 4 PM. Please check my availability.
All fees are paid in advance by monthly debit/ invoice or on the day by bank transfer or cash.
